Viscount Date

Hi folks,

A friend and fellow English light weight fan in the UK is trying to date an 80s Viscount Aerospace 600EX that he recently acquired. The decals claim that it was the 1981 Bike of the Year. The serial # on the BB appears to be 6024 or 6029. He’s looking for component date codes, but hasn’t found any as of yet. He didn’t say what the components are and I can’t tell from the pix. Any help, info or links will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Van
