ugh i jumpe don the road bike yesterday and again determined my positioning is no good. had really bad hamstring hurt anytime i looked at a hill. moving the seat back to its limit seemed to aleviate this a bit ( and seemed to more in line with kops) but ouch

now im too stretched out and the back yelled enough after an hour and a half. im pretty sure that a shorter stem may be on order, need to take the bike to the lbs to get a 2nd oppinion.
