While I can't comment on the 7 speed microShift integrated shifter/brake levers, I can tell you that I am more than pleased with my 2X9 speed Nashbar/microShift ones. They are excellent and I can compare them to the Shimano 105 8 speed SIS shifters and Campagnolo Chorus 10 speed Ergos that I have also used extensively.

IMO, I prefer how the microShift units work over the Shimano and Campagnolo ones. Each has advantages and disadvantages, but for me, the microsShift ones are my preferred brifters. Specifically, I like the shifting "action" and ease of use over the two other ones.
