The roadside cw does but the offroad / independent cw doesn't. The shoulder would probably be better, ie quicker, for distance travelling albeit a tad more dangerous. As for wildlife, I doubt you'd encounter anything significant on the offroad.
Mate I've just realised I've probably confused you using the term 'offroad'. By 'offroad I mean 'not on shoulder' as opposed to actual dirt track. The independent offroad is well surfaced with bitumen and fully fenced. The onroad shoulder cw does continue from the M4 to the M7.

As for safety I think that Monavale Rd / Forest Way would probably be the best with better shoulders and less traffic.
