Well... I already have all the parts. It's all standard sized stuff, so assembly is just "insert tab A into slot B" type stuff. I expect the slowest part of the build to be wrapping the bars (and I have some sexy bars for this). I've installed BBs, bars, stems, cranks, and brakes before, so I know what to expect. i'll be sure to take detailed photos once it's together, though.

How about two things I did not know before seeing it in person?

1. The tubes aren't round. They're very subtly shaped to be more aero.
2. The chain stays are slightly crimped on the insides. I think one might be able to get something as fat as a 28mm tire in there.
