Snagged what I think is a 77 Puch Marco Polo built up with a disgusting array of parts including "northroads" style bars made by crimping and bending a steel flat bar backwards...

Got the bike along with a 93 Allez Pro, both in need of help. Question being, what should I do with the Puch? It looks like it may need damn well everything short of the cranks and shifters replaced, but it's a quality frame and pretty clean
