With all due respect, there is nothing wrong with either the steadiness of the OP's hand or sufficiency of lighting. I have increased the size of each photo 500%, and there is no blurriness or shading of any note.

The decals on the machine suggest it might be a Trek Lemond. The name may be "Paul Handler" and is where Greg Lemond's signature would normally appear, leading me to think it may be a repaint, and that might be a PO's name.

More photos of the components, rear brake bridge, underside of the bottom bracket and so on, and of a higher resolution will certainly aid identification.
