while im at it , does anyone know any links to osme lower back exercises so i can strengthen it up? seems to be a big weak point for me.
also jock, he who is wise not only of sensible thought, but also the wickd science of sports nutrition, was looking at my endura this morning and wondered, whats the absorbtion time of somthing like that? how long till all those sodium potassium and magnesium elements begin to take effect?
