For a bike like that, you can get a set of four cables and housing for under $10 at WalMart/Meijer/whatever generic box store is by you. Unless you are actually riding it and prefer such things, I'd skip the kickstand and reflectors, they'll add nothing to the value.
Thanks everyone, may have found someone to buy it. I have a whole roll of cable housing and a ton of new cables. I don't throw bikes away without taking the reflectors, so I have a whole box of them.
