I am not good at swapping out a tube and tire. After crashing last year making a hard turn on wet pavement and sliding out on the painted stripes, crash, boom and my wrist got pretty messed up. Never had good hand strength from the start, and this put a huge damper on gaining more. Add in a deep wall carbon wheel and a tire that is already a struggle to get on, and you have me swearing and getting on the struggle bus in the driver seat. One bloody knuckle later, the tire and tube are off. When it was time to put them back on, all aboard!!! Struggle bus leaving in 5 minutes.
