If the seat post were unstuck it's worth asking price or more but the bars and stem are wrong for the bike and it is too small for someone 5'10". It looks to be 19" mixte with a fairly sort wheel base it's for a rider 5'5" give or take a bit. While it seems nice for the price I would pass a bike that's the wrong size with a stuck post is almost worthless as a rider.
