THP = Terry Hershey Park, GBP = George Bush Park
Parking can be had in a few places- lot on HWY 6 just south of Memorial Dr, in the lots on either side of Memorial Dr just west of Eldridge, in the lot under BWY 8 at the eastern end of THP, there's also a lot on the south side of GBP just past the gun range off Westheimer Pkwy.
You can do about 50 miles total round trip if you do all of THP, GBP, and Mason Creek Greenway.

There is a lot of good on street riding out this way as well. Our usual Saturday route takes us from GBP to Cinco Ranch to Katy Mills and back to GBP - sometimes further. I've got a bunch of routes on my strava.
