I'm still amazed that there is no scientific testing by anyone that indicates that MIPS is beneficial. I'm not saying that it's not, but . . . with ALL the testing agencies / universities working full-time on helmet testing, it just seems strange to me.
there's been several articles and tests that have shown it does have a significant ability to reduce the types of head impacts and motion that cause serious damage.
it's been tested in cycling, hockey, skiing and is moving into the american football world as well.
in fact, of the sports i participate in that require helmets for safety (cycling & hockey) all of my gear has mips integration.
