track hub...long enough axle for 130-135mm frame

Hi...haven't been here in awhile.

What track hubs are available these days with a stock axle long enough to space out to 130 or 135mm?

I need new wheels for my old BFSSFG group buy Rob Roy, which I have been abusing in the woods a lot lately. The rear dropouts are spaced 132.5mm apart and will accept hubs spaced for road (130mm) or MTB (135mm) frames.

I am building new wheels primarily to have wider rims more suitable for the 40mm tires I am running. Also, the bearings of my current hub are shot and there is a worn out cog frozen on one side. So needless to say, its time for new wheels.

I am currently running a Surly "new" hub, which is actually an old design. Surly's 'ultra new' hubs are available with the correct spacing but the chainline of these wider (130 and 135mm) hubs is too wide for my current drive train.

I'm looking for a track hub with standard track chainline (~42mm) that has a long enough axle to space out to at least 130mm. Thus is a very utilitarian build...not interested in Phil or anything expensive.
