could switch to riding kilometers for your birthday ride without too much 'hassle' from the rest of the BF senior citizens. 73 kilometers would be around 45.4 miles.
I will have to get out for my birthday ride this next week (waaay below normal temps here in Ohio this coming week - 15-20 degrees below normal!) and
try to ride 59 miles.
