I'm not starting on this just yet, but thought I'd start the thread anyway.

Plans are as follows:
-Brooks saddle on the way, to be replaced with something French later.
-Replace crankset, just 'cause. I'd rather have cotterless.
-Good tires
-Eventually build alloy wheels with the high flange hubs.

That's in addition to the usual repacking of bearings, new chain, etc. Plus buffing and touching up paint.
