The Fuji Track has the same quality Chinese chromo frame as the Windsor Clockwork, whereas the Kilo TT is a better quality Taiwanese frame with nicer welds, Reynolds 520 tubing and a brazed fork with a nice cast crown. So, the Kilo is an upgrade, whereas the Fuji is not. If you buy the Kilo, pay an extra $50 to get the Pro model with better wheels and cranks.
