My medicine cabinet has expanded over the years to the point that I've installed extra shelf space in several areas of the bath.

On the topic of medical procedures, my friend Tom, a man I've known and worked with on and off for 30 years or more, has just had heart surgery. The operation was one where they crack your chest open like a lobster. He is a great walker and generally in good physical condition covering many miles daily. I frequently encounter him on the bike path, me riding, him walking and we chat for a mile or two as I walk the bike. He just sent me an e-mail that he was discharged from the hospital nursing home after a mere 10 days. The follows with the experience of others on this forum that good physical condition speeds recovery. So no matter what, keep moving forward as long as possible for the best quality of life.
