As someone that lives in Ottawa, the second worst drivers on the road work for OC Transpo our bus company here. The actual worst are the taxi drivers! Car drivers are good and bad depending on whom is driving them. The safest on the other had are the larger transport truck drivers. I will also be the first to admit there is good and bad bicyclists as well.
