Next size larger frame would have 3mm more reach. That gonna be a problem?
Should've used a different stem instead of putting all those spacers on.
Maybe whoever built it wanted it that high, who knows. My utility bike frame is technically too large for me (zero standover clearance), but I still put on a stem riser and several spacers to give me an upright riding position.
