I have an Eclipse hybrid. I have the correct pump . The valves are odd as you know. I have not ridden the bike in almost 8 years .... and am having problems pumping up the rear tire.

I know in the valve stem you can turn out or in part of the valve. Seems whatever i did on the front tire which pumped up easily enough .... i am not able to replicate.
