Yes, you've got the brake levers right - Mafac course, seat column was an SR Laprade - annoyed me that it was the only Asian piece on a European bike, so I replaced it with a Campy. Don't recall the diameter but I could check for you - it's French spec 531, not the typical 27.2 diameter. and I'd part with the post if you're interested. Saddle is an Ideale (2000?) Black leather.
