I have the same bike, all original, an '82 as well, I believe. Found it on CL a couple years back and it had barely been ridden. If it weren't so minty, I'd think about selling it; I may anyway. What else to tell ... This was I believe, the top production bike they made that year, a successor/update to the PX10. It's a really nice riding machine - responsive and comfortable. Same shifters you picture and the 700 hubs and all. Yes, you've got the brake levers right - Mafac course, seat column was an SR Laprade - annoyed me that it was the only Asian piece on a European bike, so I replaced it with a Campy. Don't recall the diameter but I could check for you - it's French spec 531, not the typical 27.2 diameter. and I'd part with the post if you're interested. Saddle is an Ideale (2000?) Black leather.
