Whoever did the shift lever change also did some McGyver-ing of the bb cable guide. It is an odd one with its white nylon roller...somewhat reminiscent of the Juy relais. Why they chose to route gear cable through a disused downtube shift lever clamp is puzzling. Remember, you have a 26.0mm steerer there. Sure does look to be in cremepuff shape!
