If it's completely covered in cobwebs and residue since 1984 w/dry rotted tires not much. Maybe like $100. If you clean it up maybe $150. If you slap all new tires, grease & bearings, chain, brake pads, cables, handlebar wrap, hoods, & restore to original then, maybe like $350 or more.
