This thread's made me weigh my bike for the first time in 30 years! (Stepping on the bathroom scales technique, hope this is OK...)

19.3lbs with all permanent attachments. I'm guessing it was a little heavier back in the day; I've gone from 32H to 28H rims, and SRAM Force 10-spd is a pretty light group set. I'm more than happy to enjoy the aesthetics of steel fork and alu wheels and finishing kit, so this won't be getting lighter any time soon. At 70kg/154lbs I'm about the same weight I was 30 years ago as well, so we still get up hills pretty well together.
