I'd be interested in seeing a picture. Something doesn't line up here. The Ritchey dropouts and the component mix suggest late 90's. I'm not sure the Sequoia brand was used at that time, and I've never seen a Sequoia with a suspension fork. I suspect a previous owner did some customization.
