smarkinson mentioned, it usually isn't too difficult to find an identical listing of a legit product at a much higher price that the scammer has simply copied and pasted. Often times it is a literal copy paste, spelling mistakes and original seller identification included. You't think with all the plagiarism filters that teachers have at their disposal these days, eBay could implement something similar for their own listings and pics.
