As skenry says, great deal for $170 if there is no frame damage.
Look at the main tubes for any imperfections that suggest impact.

My '96 2100 is a 58cm with a 32.5 inch standover. The top tube is 22.5 inches, center to center.

I'm 6'2", 34" inseam and it fits pretty well with a 110mm stem.
My guess is you'll need a much shorter stem, because IIRC it came with a 120mm.
