Looks like pretty typical mid level road bike from the 80's can't say what it is from the pics. Looks like the fork and front wheel may be replacements and the frame seems to be partially repainted. In general it has the look of a bike that was built from a bunch of nicer used parts I would say pass unless it's dirt cheap $100 or less.
