Do the Phil cups feel different than the Sugino when screwing them in? Easier to thread in? I've never done it, but I've read that teflon tapes works, and it makes sense too.
They thread in smoother than the Sugino (anodized aluminum vs steel). I wouldn't even be messing with it if the Phil Wood unit wasn't so much lighter than the Sugino.
