I just saw a guy do this about a month ago at a traffic light sitting in the middle of 4 lanes. He was probably late 20's or early 30's, on a road bike and literally was upright for almost 45 seconds while twisting the handle bars back and forth. I sat in my car watching the entire time with my mouth wide open, in awe. It was quite impressive.
