On the tire front - I got the second rascal on to the wheel without a problem, but it was being really finicky to fully set the bead. I wanted to get out of the house with the kids, so I decided to wave the flag and bring the wheel/tire (along with a spray bottle of soapy water) to the best gas station compressor in town (that I'm aware of). That got the beads seated and the tire inflated lickity split. Curious, I checked the tire pressure when I got home - 100 friggin' PSI. I can only imagine that that compressor catches some people unawares and blows stuff up on occasion.
