Without better pictures or knowing the mechanical state of the parts, it is hard to say go ahead and buy. If the set is in good mechanical condition, go for it. Those components are very appropriate for the vintage era you are targeting. If you do buy, keep me in mind for the crank set. I would be interested in purchasing or trading for it. My guess is that we can help each other out as I have some nice cottered crank sets(Stronglight, Universal and Nervar) that are not branded for a particular model or make of bicycle, similar to this one on an old Torpado that I built up last summer...
