Trying not to derail the thread, but Duane is distinct in his ability to repair where required while preserving the original paint as much as possible. He has done spot repairs on my De Rosa, Merckx and Simoncini and did a total repaint on my PX10. On all four bikes he managed to preserve and restore most of the original decals and the color match to the original paint is exact. It's impossible to tell where the new paint meets the remaining original color.
Michael, thank you very much, he sounds like just what I am looking for. I might contact them in a bit. much appreciated. It is going to take a skilled painter for the pearlescent pink colourway. And I definitely want to keep the same paint scheme on it. The website is some good gouge about the place.
