The BBSHD I bought last year from themand it did not get opened up. It was factory spec and was pretty beat after about 300 miles. Not for sure but it could of caused the binding I had. I stuffed (not over doing it) it with https://www.grainger.com/product/MOB...60-White-4ZF48 . about 35 miles on it. A bit quieter. Felt like it had more power. The Mobile 28 they recommend is hard to come by unless you buy it online. Luna is very helpful if something goes wrong with your purchase. They do not let emails to their support group sit. I recommend them if your going to buy a kit from my experience.
