I would go with belt drive frame because you don't have to oil the belt like a chain so no more squeaky squeaky rusty chains especially if you ride a lot in rain and salt.
Belt drive last much longer than a regular chain that needs to regularly replaced anyway.

You also don't get grease on your clothes so that's also nice.

You might break a chain but I don't think you would with belt it's just much harder.
