I would go with belt drive frame because you don't have to oil the belt like a chain so no more squeaky squeaky rusty chains especially if you ride a lot in rain and salt.
Belt drive last much longer than a regular chain that needs to regularly replaced anyway.
You also don't get grease on your clothes so that's also nice.
You might break a chain but I don't think you would with belt it's just much harder.

Breaking a chain should not be a concern unless it's improperly installed and/or badly neglected in service.

All else being equal, I would prefer a belt. As HillRider said, the frame must be set up for a belt, and if you're comparing two different bikes, one belt and one chain, then there might be other factors to consider before deciding on belt vs. chain. If you're looking at a bike that is offered in both types, and everything else is the same in terms of components and geometry, then I'd choose the belt.

But, Not hardly equal, realize you can replace the chain many times for the cost of the belt drivetrain parts , costing $400+
And you must buy a special bike frame, because the loop of the belt cannot open, so the frame must break open & re close..

What do you mean by "auto gears"? If you are asking about an IGH (internal gear hub) then either chain or belt is suitable. As ammarolli noted, a belt is cleaner and more weather proof. However, it is more expensive and requires a specifically made frame to install while a chain can be used on any frame.

Thanks any way for the reply. I think I ll go for the one with the belt. Cleaner.

A belt drive/IGH bike is ideal for a commuter/urban bike where you need reliability, cleanliness, and for it to "just work" with a minimum of maintenance. So, good choice. :-)
