The manufacturing date will be a two character alpha-numeric stamped on the drive side on the seat lug.

Consequently, my previous assessment still stands. If you want to increase your confidence level that it is an Alloro or equivalent frame, you need to determine that it is Columbus Tretubi SL. This would be indicated by the use of a 27.2mm seat post and a non-Columbus steerer tube on the fork.
