I've recently run the saddle gauntlet myself, and I keep coming back to the Brooks B17 Professional. Expensive. Worth it. Those big ol' hand-hammered rivets just keep getting purtier and purtier being rubbed down daily by my butt cheeks!

I've got the WTB Deva saddle saved to my wishlist on Amazon. I've heard that more guys than gals use that saddle.
