The 300 is a very basic computer and I wasn't impressed on the one I used on a rented bike, it just seemed really cheaply made and for $50, it's not worth the price. I agree with Colonel that Cateye makes pretty good affordable computers, but some of their models and be a pain to set up and program, so do some research.
