Pop art won't get me to a museum either but my daughter wanted to see what Warhol is all about. His series of Mick Jagger was cool but I don't get Warhol.
I spent much more time looking at an exhibit of photos of random people shot in New York City and a considerable amount of time looking at religious art, primarily rood screens and altar paintings from the 14th century on. They had a jazz band in the garden and a young guy playing cello who was really entertaining.
The cool thing I learned today is that the High Museum in Atlanta has free admission on the second Sunday of every month.
