ANYWAY, since a bike frame does not normally get baked in use, I think you would have to figure out how to bake those paints. I've opted for the PRO Rusteloum.

To the OP ~ I rattled canned a flat black a few years ago, left the tiny bits of shiny that I could. I sold the frame & fork as they were too small for me and my son got to big for the bike!
I'm experimenting right now with spay painting over a powder coat. I dunno.... we'll see.

Here's a few snap shots of the one from a few years ago. It had been brush painted yellow. Really bad.
