I have 4 bikes with Campy 10 speed and 3 of them use some kind of hybrid method in rear, running Shimano wheels. The earlier versions of Campy Veloce and Centaur(new hood shape) are Ultrafift that you can ratchet, so it is suitable for triple in front. I do not have the newer Powershift 10 Campy(new hood shape), can not comment on that.

I used to run a 9 speed Shimano cassette with 10 Campy using shimergo method.

Now all my bikes are 10 speed. I like running Sram X7 derailleur with Jteck , so I could use 12-36 rear cassette with 10 speed Campy shifters.
