I saw a cyclist with a Garmin GPS mounted on one side of the stem rather than on top of it, but didn't get a chance to ask him what it was.

I have a front bar bag which means the "out front" holder won't work, and I want to mount a separate speed/cadence computer on top of the stem, meaning there is currently no space for the Garmin.

Does anyone one know who makes these mounts?
