Not all CF track wheels are meant to be used on the open public roads as they are designed for the Velodrome which rarely has potholes or man-hole covers to run over at pace. Also brake tracks may not be designed in a CF track wheel as well. (Surely the OP will run at least a front brake on the road?)

Find out from the Mfg before purchasing wheels.
