Almost no one needs a made to measure frame these days. Custom frames were necessary 40 years ago when bikes came in three non-proportional sizes and stems came in one length. Today, all frames are proportional, there are thousands of geometries available off the shelf, frames are made in 1cm increments and you can easily further customize the position of all of the contact points with inexpensive off the shelf components.
