Will rebuild the inner brick wall in the rear bedroom and pull up the floorboards in the room with bicycle to clean it out and inspect the joists ... will take a few photos ... probably will insulate the pipes, check the air bricks from proper flow through the underfloor area, remove any debris and replace any rotten joists.
