His book is for those that buy it. His interviews with press are different. There was no excuse for his claims on Horner. That was low class.
Even on BF some would think a guy with a "clean" tattoo on this forum outweighs someone tested more than any other USA cyclist with a blood passport (Horner).
This segment was not the KOM when it was posted. It was only by the ride above it getting flagged it got the "permanent " KOM sticker. That is digital doping. It is not clear who meant to do that, it was a false record. It was later corrected by Strava, which they said (in support they would not do).
