its a new bob jackson world tour i just ordered. i built the wheels from 105 hubs and sunrim cr18s. double butted spokes. i use a 12-34 8 speed cassette with suntour barcons and the crank is 24-39-42. it gives me a 7% half step on the 8 speed cassette. i didnt think i would care about the half step but it came in real handy in long headwind stretches. i was using ancient campy derailleurs for the tour and they worked but when i got home i put a long cage 105 rd on. it works much smoother. really enjoyed the trip. want to go again soon.
