You should find a replacement stem on Ebay easily enough as long as it's an old fashioned headset of 1 inch or 11/8th inches ..More difficult if it's like a modern Dahon with strange Ahead type headset..
Oh yes someone above mentioned the stem. I dont know how to measure or what to measure though
